Some tests are performed in the laboratory and some are sent to designated reference laboratories.

Primary care providers may refer you for blood work, x-ray, physical therapy or other ancillary services that are all offered within the Health Center as deemed necessary. You can connect with professionals in the Behavioral Health Department for assistance with depression, anxiety and stress.

You can tell us as much or as little as you want to; you can even be anonymous. CARE is not an official reporting entity; we are a resource that can help you navigate your options and connect you with the appropriate resources.
